Chay Ryan the Director of the Bonaventure Group also the General Manager of Peak Property Group, has an extensive career in Commercial Construction. He has worked in the industry for over 18 years for Tier 1 & 2 builders delivering on over $500 million dollars of projects as a Contracts Manager and Project Manager.

The projects have been across a variety of states & sectors including residential high rise apartments, hospitals, aged care, childcare, industrial, commercial office towers, student accommodation, hospitality & education.

Jaimie Zammit the General Manager and Marketing Manager of the Bonaventure Group, has a background working with developers such as R.Corporation, The  Balfour Group and Sunley Holdings, as a Marketing Manager & in Executive Assistant roles within Australia and London.

SUPERINTENDENT

Bonaventure Group provides a Superintendent service to assist clients with the management of the head contract which is governance required by banks for certain funding models. The role also assists the client In assessing the progress of the development and forecasting the final project costs.
